Above reproach, I never thought any person ever was above reproach. Am I "turning on him"? No. I have great respect for him, but I know all humans have limitations. His belief structure leads him to be overly supportive of the system, a system that has been corrupted.

He is likely to say what his report says, which will shock the Rumppers....... Plenty of evidence of collusion with Russia and the campaign, lack of evidence of Trump's involvement in that collusion (plausible deniability), and 10 instances of Obstruction which should be determined by others (Congress) if they are actionable.

I would guess he will say something bearing on his willingness or need to testify before Congress and the why of it.
