Democratic Debate

Mayor Pete just slapped Beto down hard, tough going for ya amigo
Sadly, Pete is probably the best candidate for the job of POTUS, but gets no attention. What I want is someone who is intelligent enough to know when to surround himself with a competent staff, as Obama did. Sure...Obama had a pipe dream that if he adds right leaning advisers to his cabinet, he'd be able to work across the aisle. Little did he know that Republicans were plotting behind closed doors to destroy the nation in order to make him a one term POTUS.

I see Mayor Pete as one who could listen to a variety of opinions and decide what's best for the nation.

More like the "PICK A CLOWN" show :rofl2:

That was hilarious to watch, and if anyone wanted to know why the Democrats are trying everything outside of a fair election to get rid of Trump

Now you know why :rofl2:

Hello Stretch,

They would never get the vote of stalwart Republicans whom have always, without exception, voted for whomever is on the Republican ticket, anyway. That battle has always been for the moderate middle.
Correct. trump's mistake is his belief that he's only POTUS for those who supported him, and a vindictive ass to those who didn't.

He tricked just enough of Bernie's supporters, coupled with a few in labor, and squeaked out an EC win. That won't happen again, because everyone knows exactly who he is now.

They were warned in '16. Now they realize their folly.

Sounds good, what a civilized country should look like.

We are already paying for that stuff, it just comes down to the most efficient way to pay for it, out of pocket or payroll tax deduction

Say, how many trillions of dollars have we spent paying our Iraq war obligations?
Whereas I don't agree with the free tuition, and debt forgiveness, I agree with the other issues on that list. The Stimulus went a long way toward expanding child care, which allowed lower income people to go out and work.

In our changing economy, we should be more focused on training service related workers, than we are on paying for a liberal arts degree for all who want one.

The whole world hopes so.

Nice try fruitcake,
if only anything you say was based in reality.
Trump has done more for minorities than all the Presidents of the last 50 years combined.
Unemployment is down among minorities to record lows, pay is up. Self dignity is something felt, fasle claims of racism are just that. People of color know when they are being lied to, Liberal pandering is very transparent, they're onto you.

The "Debate" was a Clown Show, you saw what we saw. You think any of those socialists have a chance, good for you.
See you in November

No problem with free child care with proof of employment....
Vocational education programs, for sure....they're out there...people (kids and aduts( should be taking advantage of all the opportunities....but they don't come looking for you...you actually have to go to them....
Let's also focus on Work ethic..... 5 people called off yesterday from one of the places we work with.... because there was a "holiday"....?????

Sure it does. Ask soy bean farmers. It's raining tax dollars all over their fields. It's like manna, but better.

Without farmers, people like you would starve.

The intricacies of trade and survival are a bit above your pay grade.

free health care
free pre-school
free child care
free college
wealth tax
wealth inequality tax
student debt forgiveness

a few I forget

When everything is free, ... you get this ...

Hello dukkha,

lol..you'll owe a crushing debt of taxes to the government you meant to say

Pardon me while I hand your argument a debilitating blow. No disrespect, of course. But I must clear the air.

We are all still waiting.

Waiting in vain.

Waiting for one shred of evidence to support the silly conservative myth that high taxes ever made a rich man poor.

NEVER. Not once in HISTORY has a rich man ever been taxed into poverty.

'Crushing taxes,' eh?

I laugh at the very thought of it. Just what is being crushed here? Surely not any amount of personal wealth. Whose net worth is significantly cut due to taxes?

Great wealth, subjected to your 'crushing taxes,' is still great wealth.

'Crushing taxes,' indeed. Completely fictitious.

There IS NO SUCH THING.

IMAGINARY!

A thousand poor mouths could be fed amply with the taxes paid by a rich man who, after those taxes, STILL LIVES IN THE LAP OF LUXURY.

After those 'crushing taxes,' his unimpacted luxurious lifestyle is as if he had never been taxed at all! A 'burden' which he does not feel. A shrug, a scrawled check, done. That is the height of how 'crushing' it is for him. Money in the bank. More money than he could ever spend in a score of lifetimes of decadent luxury.

Crushing taxes, indeed.

What a LAUGH.

Sure it does. Ask soy bean farmers. It's raining tax dollars all over their fields. It's like manna, but better.

As if the gov't has never ever protected farmers until Trump was elected. :palm:

What a moron. :palm:

Arguably the greatest political irony of our time is a supposedly racist president presiding over an economy that has benefited so many minorities.

And his supposedly racist supporters cheer him on for it.

Here's a clue. Farmers took a hit with the trade wars.

Farmers feed our citizens.

America can not survive without farmers, They are not Hollywood elites. We can survive without Hollywood elites.
