Can't complain about a trial that wasn't fair, if you refuse to offer a defense. Those who testified were pretty damning. trump could have provided exculpatory witnesses. He couldn't because he's guilty

It was covered in Sondland's testimony. It was loud and there were many people that heard it. People all around the restaurant recognized trump's voice. Waiters and waitresses also heard it.
