why did Bernie switch over YET AGAIN to being a Democratic party member and USE the party to run again?

is that what Putin told him to do?

How typical of Bernie to simply deflect and project, rather than discussing the issue at hand. He’s likely going to run again in 2020 and doesn’t want this hanging over him.
