If you are referring to the number of cases, it is obvious, New York has tested more, ergo, more comfirmed cases, you really didn't believe West Virginia had zero cases up until this week did you? They only tested something like seventy people total in WV since the virus started

And if you are labeling New York as a "shit show" you better be careful, keep in mind many of the Blue States as NY keep most of your Red States afloat

Just heard NYC and LA are going to stop testing unless you are really ill. What do you think about that?
 
A few years ago, Cuomo was supposed to purchase thousands of ventilators but reallocated the money for the purchase of solar panels.
 
Guess its Trumps fault this idiot spent 750 million on a huge solar panel boondoggle instead of 500 million on needed ventilators in 2015!

Cuomo has been doing an excellent job...FOR HIS STATE. I haven't seen any indication that he is not getting all the support available from the federal government that is humanly possible, I don't see Trump overruling any of his decisions either.
