its not a stimulus you moron,, it's relief to make up for lost economic activity,
but there is nothing to stimulate during a shutdown - unlike Obama which was to get us out of a recession..

You terms are pathetic -they make only sense to yourself.. if you are trying to say the relief is a wider package, then use a term like that, or "universal" not socialism which doesnt fit
