That's a false statement. Zimmerman was sitting in his parked truck and never used it to follow Martin. There is no evidence he planned kill Martin and, if as some falsely claim, Zimmerman was chasing Martin with his gun drawn, then why was only one shot fired and it was while Zimmerman was on his back on the ground with Martin over him?

First off, you are wrong about the following. Zimmerman says on the 911 call he is following Martin, and Martin said on the phone that he was being chased by a threatening man. Never said that Zimmerman had his gun drawn.

If someone breaks into your house when they think you are out, they are not planning on killing you. You still have the right (in Florida) to kill them. Stand Your Ground laws only require a reasonable fear of being killed, not a plan. We know that Martin was afraid of being killed, and that he was actually killed by the man chasing him.

Was Martin tackled or was Zimmerman? Zimmerman claims that after chasing Martin, he got lost, and got out of the car to look for street signs. This is in a neighborhood he patrolled hundreds of times, and again, why did he need to get out of his car. Then he claims that Martin magically appeared behind him, in the middle of the street. Then we have Martin magically moving back and forth between being on top and on bottom.

We can put together another story. Zimmerman was chasing Martin in his car (or truck if you prefer), and then as he told the 911 operator, he jumped out of the car to tackle Martin. Martin's head was bashed against pavement. Martin tried to slip out of Zimmerman's grasp, so Zimmerman shot Martin the bullet immediately hitting pavement after it went through Martin's body. All of this checks out with Zimmerman's own statements to the 911 operator, and all the physical evidence.

Then Zimmerman refused a drug test, because he knew he would test positive for steroids. He stopped using steroids and within weeks went from being muscle bound to being extremely flabby. If you earn your muscles, they do not vanish that quickly. Zimmerman could not testify in court, because a cross examination would prove his story a lie.

Now Zimmerman is attacking his ex-wife, attacking her family, attacking random people, attacking a car, speeding around, and shooting guns for no reason. He is proving he is the menace we all know he is.

Sure, he appears to have a lower-than-average IQ, was frustrated at failing to achieve his goals in insurance, law enforcement and MMA. He was an unhappy loser who married to another loser and they fought like unhappy losers.

None of that matters pertaining to the events of February 26, 2012 just as, had he survived, Martin's background of drugs, truancy, vandalism and thievery wouldn't have mattered when it came to why he attacked Zimmerman.

Despite the fact both of these guys were idiots, all of the evidence points to Zimmerman being justified in shooting Martin while Martin pinned Zimmerman to the ground and was beating on him.

It's also obvious that Zimmerman became a poster child for gun rights and Martin a poster child for BLM. Both were blown out of proportion to support those causes when, IMHO, neither deserved for the reasons mentioned. Still it happened and now one young man is dead and another's life is ruined.

IMO, Martin would never have been charged if Obama hadn't made this comment on March 23rd, 2012:

"But my main message is to the parents of Trayvon Martin. You know, if I had a son, he’d look like Trayvon. All of us as Americans are going to take this with the seriousness it deserves."

Two weeks later Zimmerman was charged with 2nd Degree murder, a charge that many claimed was not only over-charging, but doomed to failure.
