Speak for yourself. That concrete shithole doesn't finance the state I live in.
If it wasn't illegal to be on the beach, then why did it have to be "opened"? The same for "opening" the states. Are you really going to declare that are no penalties anywhere for going out to a beach, a party in the park or some other large gathering?
City ordinances about trespassing involve a financial penalty, jail time if warranted. Why are reading things into anything I posted that I did not say? Illegal would be getting fined for an action and I have no idea what the rules in Flori-duh were. I never brought up anything to do with legal or illegal...I was referring to common sense decisions made by individuals in reference to choosing when and where to go out.
you don't have a clue what live a Buddhist life (Bodhi) is all about.
The fact you think you can infer anything from my "posting style" is super hilarious arrogance on your part
WTF did I JUST SAY? if you are standing on top of someone and talk or cough or sneeze yes -
if yo u are not extremely close (unlike other enviornments) then no..
I just wrote this
Do you think it is easier to catch Covid walking on a beach versus strolling thru a stagnant air grocery store or Target/Walmart?
No one here is protesting anything. The air in modern buildings is constantly moving; it is not stagnant. You are less likely to catch COVID at the beach though, compared to the grocery store.
The braindead protesters aren't crying about going to the beach though. They're crying about wanting people charging back to work, stores, gyms, movies, diners, etc. I can guarantee you that if any state is stupid enough to just throw the doors open, you will see a spike in the death rate again. We're going to see one anyways.
Since it's no BFD, why don't you write your governor and demand that all restrictions be removed next week? You guys can volunteer as tribute. We'll be over here, watching to see what happens.
April 2.Who the fuck cares where you live but you posted a photo without a date which is strange when one is trying to make a valid point. When was the photo taken? And the hell do you know if these workers are essential or not? Some of these folks might having to be risking their lives to help others thanks to the scumbag in The White House.
There is that.May I add that a quick grocery store run would be considered essential but a day at the beach not so much.
There is that.
I think the Feds could implement certain closings. Particularly interstate travel. But I don't believe they know better than the states with respect to opening. That doesn't negate the Feds'. responsibility for making the necessary testing available for the states to use.Calculated risk is part of life. Some people just throw themselves off a cliff attempting to fly and others can't be pried out of their bunkers. Somewhere in between is an optimal balance of risk and "living".
Do you support the idea of State to decide if to open up or do you think it should be a Federal mandate by Dear Leader?
Fair enough if you don't want to believe it don't believe it you can go on your way thinking people live forever unless they get coronavirus.

The Feds would have no power to force any private business into opening anyway. I'd assume they would think their local leaders know best when it's safe.
^Another willfully ignorant and intentionally misstated post. We’re not going to get along well if you continue the BS you’ve spouted so far.
It is a silly and rash mistake they will likely make a lot of people sick. It is not against the law. If being stupid was against the law, Trump would be in jail. Go on the beach enjoy your waves and virus, your beer and virus and your sun and virus.
