Biden attacks Trump voters ( then says he can win them back)

Hillary put classified material on her server that was classified when she wrote it, had it bleached (destruction of evidence, obstruction of justice) after she was subpoenaed and then lied about it.

Then her husband had the “chance” meeting on the tarmac with the A/G Lynch (another obstruction of justice charge).

Of course she won’t go to jail, the big criminals rarely do.
Espionage Act.

The specific statute being referenced, 18 U.S. Code § 793, deals in part with “gross negligence” in the handling of national defense information, which Clinton came under scrutiny for possibly violating.

Page said Comey and the FBI spoke with DOJ about a gross negligence charge for Clinton multiple times, but that the DOJ consistently pushed back on it. “We had multiple conversations with the Justice Department about bringing a gross negligence charge. And that’s, as I said, the advice that we got from the Department was that they did not think — that it was constitutionally vague and not sustainable," she said.

Ratcliffe asked if the decision not to charge Clinton with gross negligence was a direct order from the DOJ. "When you say advice you got from the Department, you’re making it sound like it was the Department that told you: ‘You’re not going to charge gross negligence because we’re the prosecutors and we’re telling you we’re not going to,’” he said.

Page responded: “That’s correct.”

Page would later testify that the DOJ told the FBI that “the ‘gross negligence’ standard in 793(f), it was their assessment that it was unconstitutionally vague.”

When asked if she knew why DOJ believed that, Page replied: “I really don’t know…

There is some justice, anatta.

The old sexual predator, Bill, will always be known as a sexual predator.

His esposa, crooked Hillary, will never be president.

Comey lost his FBI job, so did Page and her FBI lover, Strzok.

Not full justice but some justice.

If you want to believe black is white, go for it.

Meantime:

“From the group of 30,000 e-mails returned to the State Department, 110 e-mails in 52 e-mail chains have been determined by the owning agency to contain classified information at the time they were sent or received. Eight of those chains contained information that was Top Secret at the time they were sent; 36 chains contained Secret information at the time; and eight contained Confidential information, which is the lowest level of classification. Separate from those, about 2,000 additional e-mails were “up-classified” to make them Confidential; the information in those had not been classified at the time the e-mails were sent."

Or, you could just admit you lied and move on.
Nope. You can keep repeating that, but you'll still be wrong. Now... about Russian spies in the Oval?

Sure thing, Althea. OK. Right, black is white. Got it.

The repetition is necessary with those who believe black is white.

From the Statement by James Comey, FBI Director:

Must be the “have been determined by the owning agency to contain classified information at the time they were sent or received” that is confusing Althea.

Lol

of course the parallel is the "Deplorables" speech -this isn't as bad but it's the same tone deaf campaigning..

His China statements are going to haunt him - "They are not bad folks", and "they aren't competitors"
is just a bad political posture right now

While I totally agree I dunno actually what the general populace believes on it...... I sadly think they are pretty much clueless & if this place is any example I would say, yea, that ain't really gonna hurt him a lot, eventhough it may/does piss us off~we'll have to see...

'Joe Biden has a big China problem': Trump preps campaign assault
https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/...blem-trump-preps-campaign-assault-on-fall-foe
“Joe Biden has a big China problem. Our data shows that Biden’s softness on China is a major vulnerability, among many,” Trump campaign Communications Director Tim Murtaugh told the Washington Examiner.

As vice president, Biden lavished praise on China during a state visit in August 2011. Biden, a Delaware senator from 1973-2009, said he’d been impressed with the country since he traveled there decades ago after the two countries normalized relations.

“Let me be clear: I believed in 1979 and said so then, and I believe now that a rising China is a positive development not only for the people of China but for the United States and the world as a whole,” Biden said.

During that speech, when discussing the U.S. budget, the then-vice president emphasized that he wasn’t passing judgment on China’s decadeslong authoritarian “one-child” policy, which strictly enforced family restrictions.

“As I was talking with some of your leaders, you share a similar concern here in China. You have no safety net. Your policy has been one, which I fully understand and I’m not second-guessing, of one child per family,” Biden said.

Biden claimed that “it is in our self-interest that China continue to prosper” because “a more prosperous China will mean more demand for American-made goods and services and more jobs back home in the United States of America.”

Those remarks were echoed six months later in a February speech to the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, amid he and President Barack Obama's reelection campaign.

“Let me be clear: I believe, as the president said also to the vice president in the Oval Office not long ago,” he said, referencing then-Vice President Xi Jinping, China's current ruler. “We believe that a rising China is a positive development not only for China but also for the United States and the world.”

More recently, Biden was hammered by the Trump campaign and other Republicans for seemingly downplaying the economic threat posed by China.

"China is going to eat our lunch? Come on, man,” Biden said in Iowa City, Iowa, in May 2019. "They can't figure out how they’re going to deal with the corruption that exists within the system.”

He added: “They’re not bad folks, folks. … They’re not competition for us.”

I think it is a hard sell...... I honestly don't think as many folks are as concerned as trump~ & you may hope.

Since he failed in his dirty tricks in the UK, I guess this is plan B.... :dunno:

While trump has put tariffs on goods from there, it is Americans paying it, not the communist party, most ppl are not that dumb.........

The virus & jobs should be the focus, since he can't brag about creating the great stock market & Swiss cheese any more

I think that is what biden will do, point out things aint so good for many folks & asking those folks that O' reagan question, are you better off than you were fours years ago?? If not, vote for me......:nodyes:

I think peopleare going to want the Trump economy back..Biden has absolutely no ideas for growing the economy - and that is going to be just as important as how the virus was handled.. I have no idea what "UK dirty trick" is..

There isn't any real reason to vote FOR Biden. He's not inspiring, he sounds like he isn't all there.
Aside from "Im not Trump" he has nothing going for him

China Joe is going to be relentlessly attacked for his pro-China statements.

That's like saying, "Except for the $115,000,000,000...Jeff Bezos has nothing going for him."
