Is she in Fla?? It sounds like your concern is pretty well founded..
First time I talked to my Dr (about a month ago) he told me to avoid the hospital because of the virus but it may be better, as you suggest to hit the ER and have them take a look..
Many hospitals here are not crazy for that reason so you can get in & out pretty quickly.. They take the temps right off the bat, @ the door, so those suspected of the virus are quarantined from the other patients..

I have a friend about half way between us in Kansas of all places.. She has several issues & I dunno if she is really doing a good job of taking care of herself out there.. I may even go there to help her a bit if need be...
