Trump ponders whether injecting disinfectants could treat Covid-19

President Donald Trump used the daily Coronavirus Task Force briefing Thursday night to once again speculate dangerously and ignorantly on possible treatments for the Covid-19, this time rambling about exposing patients to “tremendous” amounts of ultraviolet light or injecting them with household disinfectants.

“This is not willy-nilly, off-the-cuff, maybe-this-will-work advice. This is dangerous.”

“I see the disinfectant, where it knocks it out in a minute—one minute—and is there a way we can do something like that by injection inside, or almost a cleaning?” Trump asked, turning to William Bryan, a top scientist at the Department of Homeland Security. “Because you see it gets in the lungs and it does a tremendous number on the lungs, so it would be interesting to check that.”

“Sounds interesting to me,” Trump added.

This is a perfect example of the president having an idea pop into his head and blurts it out without thinking. I still maintain that most people are too intelligent to blindly do what Trump says. But there are those stupid enough to try it. Example the idiot that swallowed fish tank cleaner because it had the anti-malaria drug in it. Thank God doctors immediately jumped on it and said it will kill you. Trump doesn't mean to harm anyone he just can't keep his big mouth shut, that is why I take anything he says with a grain of salt.

I have been saying Trump engages his mouth before his brain. from day one. I have friends like that they blurt out any idea that pops into their head, but they aren't the president.

The only thing I can say is to give me a viable candidate to vote for. Looks like your boy Biden is your side's choice so I will be voting Trump again.
