Those who are honest will know it's a poor choice, so they will either vote "the lesser of two evils" (most common), stay home that day (slightly less common) or vote Third Party as a "fuck you" to both candidates (rare).

First of all, Biden is being investigated now.
Secondly, the reason the media ignored this story is because if Biden steps down, Bernie might get the nomination and then Trump loses. This was done to help Trump, not to help Biden.
