Had the bike out yesterday. Way back and high up on a ridge. Perfect temperature, zero people but lots of mud. The WV rain forest is in full bloom.

I didn’t think about COVID, rioting, if I still have a job or not. Getting lost in the woods keeps me grounded.
 
Before the 1960s civil right movement the south was solid Democrats ( Dixiecrats), but after the Democrats embraced the civil rights, the southern whites became Republicans because the GOP was more open to the southern whites racism.

Will COVID manage to continue dominating the news cycle with these riots going on.

And all of these people crowded together violating the SD guidelines. What if there is no spike in cases in a week or so?

So many things to ponder.

These images of death and destruction to America will rally even more Democrats to the polls. Democrats are laughing, and celebrating the burning of America's great cities.

Historically, law and order is a big winner for republicans in a national election. It was a big reason Nixon won in ‘68.

If these riots are being orchestrated [I suspect they are] then someone is cutting their nose off to spite their face.

My son, when he lived in Virginia, rode his bike to West Virginia often. He said it was a beautiful stress reliever.

It's on my bucket list...minus the bike.

50 years ago, half the Dem party weren't full blown commie socialist. And we didnt' have the internet. Furthermore, despite having led us into Vietnam, the Dems still won the Senate and House, again. :palm:

The riots are being orchestrated by Democrat media and Dem leadership.

When a person decides to riot, burn and steal cell phones and TV's, that person is responsible, no one else.

The far left loons are justifying the anarchy and blaming it on the action of a white police officer killing a black person. Does that mean that when a black police officer kills a white citizen, the whites are justified in rioting, stealing and burning and assaulting?
