As in the past, usually when America faces a crisis as we are seeing unfolding today the President usually offers an address from the Oval Office aimed at consoling the country, showing empathy, and laying down a path to follow. Reagan did it, Clinton did it, Bush did it, Obama did it, all successfully, so is Trump going to step up?
