Fuck holding up a phone. That does absolutely nothing. If somebody had bowled Chauvin off of Floyd's neck or yoked him off, that would be doing something.
His fellow officers did nothing, people around did nothing. That was a time to act, and they all failed.
It's more of a today's society with the phones and not getting involved and no morals than anything else.
