Sorry, ma'm, but storms don't have "intentions". It's just a storm moving along in accordance with the laws of the universe. Nothing magical or involving a life of its own.

Then don't watch meteorological info on TV, listen to it on radio or read about it in print regarding how the conditions will or will not form and intend to direct its existence.

There are lots of weather tv programs and apps. I usually use an app but do occasionally watch the 11 o'clock news and weather.

Which channel says hurricanes have "intentions"? Are they evil or good intentions? Do witches cause them? What country is casting evil spells on the weather to attack the United States? Do you have broom?

I'm not saying that no one will come in from out of state to help them, but I'd estimate they'll get about five percent of the assistance that they normally get from out of state the way things are right now.
