Damo, I have not said one damn thing about "making it so..." this is already the law, I am not advocating the changing of the current law about selling and distributing pot commercially. Most of your garden variety right-wing radicals will tell you they don't favor decriminalization, and we should actually beef up the laws against MJ! I think I am being somewhat "moderate" in advocating that we should "decriminalize" it! I do not believe it should be made a legally sold product in the stores, I just don't! I am never going to believe it should be, and I have stated my reasons why. I have even gone so far as to say, it's okay if we want to let the FDA regulate it as a controlled substance, and have a doctor prescribe it to his patients. Again, this is something most "vast right-wingers" do not support!

Now, either you are too fucking stubborn to accept any compromise on your position, or you want to hold on to a 'bong pipe dream' that will never happen! I frankly don't care which one it is, Damo. I made my case, I presented my argument, and from my perspective, you didn't tell me how I was wrong in anything I had to say. You have a different opinion, and that is fine, I can accept that, but there is no need for you to go to the extremes you've gone to in this thread, to bash and trash me for my viewpoint.

Yes, Chloe, as I said in the first post, I think it should be DECRIMINALIZED... I think we should TAKE AWAY LAWS that make it a felony offense to possess it, or to grow it for personal use. I think we should stop sending people to prison and seizing their property because they are in possession of a fucking weed! I think we should allow anyone who wants to grow it and smoke it in the privacy of their own homes, and on their own property, to do so without any harassment from law enforcement whatsoever. I think if someone has a doobie in their car, or on their person, it shouldn't be legal cause to take them to jail and incarcerate them. AM I MAKING THIS CLEAR ENOUGH FOR PINHEADS TO UNDERSTAND????

The ONLY thing I have said, which has been totally distorted, is that I don't believe we should "legalize" the sale and distribution of pot on a commercial level. I am okay with letting the FDA administer it as a controlled substance, and doctors to prescribe it to patients. AGAIN... I AM OPPOSED TO MAKING A NEW LAW!
