Even if you could quote where Biden is not required to comply with equal opportunity employment standards, it still would not change what racial discrimination is. If Biden were legally allowed to racially discriminate, and then uses this two tier justice system to racially discriminate, it is still racial discrimination. Either way, lefties are absolutely fine with Biden using racial discrimination, legal or not, so why even go there?
It is not something like looking for employment and the hiring.

Don't forget that there are actually five races recognized by the US Census, so complaing about racial discrimination that favors blacks may not necessarily mean that it is anti white discrimination. Unless you are making racist assumptions...
