Just because a person is born poor doesn't mean they are or will be a criminal, but a kid living in a poor neighborhood with few options except to join a gang is much more likely to engage in gang-behavior than his twin raised in a middle-class family in Wisconsin. Conversely, the middle-class twin is much more likely to be successful in life, go to college and have a career than a twin whose only education is gang life. This applies regardless of skin tone or ancestral lineage.

No, the Irish attacked Italians in the Mamaroneck riots.
Irish & Italian gangs were steep rivals.
My Irish great grandfather spoke very poorly of Italians.
I still sometimes hear Italians & Irish speak ill of each other, until this day.
Although, in many cases, the dumb A-Holes would rather pick on Poles.
So, often especially with Irish, and to a lesser extent Italians, they are the ones who tell dumb Polak jokes, and mock Poles as dumb.
Good examples. In this case, Witold has proved to be more educated than Irish.

I'm still going to have to agree, that Italians & Irish are more aggressive than other Whites in America. (Well, maybe Albanians are worse)
I've been in about 25 fist fights, mostly with Italians & Irish, and to a lesser extent Blacks.
95% of the time, they attacked me first, the other 5% of the time, they either, threatened me, or harassed me severely.
Italian & Irish kids here, used to fist-fight over American Football games, in the neighboring town,which is also Italian & Irish mostly, they attacked our school mates with clubs, bats & fists.
So, the Italian & Irish kids packed into cars, to invade their town to beat them up in response.
As I told you in another threat, I've seen Italians randomly attack Blacks on several ocassions.
I experienced a riot of predominantly Italian kids, against a Black Jamaican kid, as they threw rocks, glass bottles, shot off bottle rocket fire works at him & hurled racist slurs.
I saw one Italian kid, start a fist-fightwith 8 people in the bar here, in 1 night.
Half of them were his own friends.
I was the biggest guy there, and expected to stop the fight, because there was no bouncer.
So, when I told him it's not worth it, when he was swinging at a random Black dude for looking at him, he took a swing at me, and I tapped on the head, a month later I saw him at the same bar, he said you tapped me on the head, I'll knock you out, I said let's see you knock me out, so I punch him once & knocked him on the ground.
Before I knew it he ran to the girls bathroom crying, and I was pushed out the door, when his Italian friends jumped me.
The same bar, had a lot of fist-fights, so much so that a Black girl from Brooklyn, who lived in Hartford & Newark, said we had more fist-fights, than those places.
1 Irish guy started a fist fight, in that bar, because someone said he'd school you in pool.
That's how crazy, these people were.
Absolutely, Eastern Europeans are of a higher quality.
1 time some Italian & Irish kids, were throwing rocks at geese & swans, and stole their eggs, and ONLY my Polish-American friend & myself objected.
Another time, some Italian & Irish kids, were robbing cars, and ONLY my Hungarian American friend, and myself objected.
