Since there have been so many innocent black victims of cop shootings, I'd like to compile a list of them. I can't think of any, so I am asking the community here to help out by providing some names. Please provide names of any innocent and unarmed blacks that you know of who were complying with a cop, but then got shot. Obviously, I am not looking for blacks who were resisting, evading, or otherwise not complying with the cop. Please help out here and provide a couple of names for the list.

You mean people not convicted of a capital crime and not on the run? Only in police states can people be murdered for trying to escape from murderous nutters.
A bit complicated with the third person doing the shooting and resisting, but this name makes the list. Hopefully we can get a couple more names on the list where we are just talking about an innocent black victim who was not resisting, evading. Or otherwise not complying. If there are protests and riots over the notion that innocent blacks who are not resisting police are being shot because of their race, the list i am trying to create should be long.
I mean blacks who are not resisting, evading, or otherwise not complying with police. It doesn't really matter much though, since you only plan to dodge, deflect, divert, invert, convert, redefine, or otherwise evade answering the question in the open post.

Indeed, but reaching for a gun against the orders of the cop, a gun that was not stored in a locked box in his trunk, will keep his name off of the list that I am trying to compile.

The FBI reports that in 2018 2,925 blacks were killed in the US. 2600 of them were killed by blacks. Instead of worrying about cops blacks should worry about other blacks but that doesn't fit your political narrative does it? You assholes think everyone is as stupid as a leftist.
