Well, Biden has visited Kenosha too now. Some observations:

Trump went there and there was a miles long greeting by people living there along his route. He met with business owners who had had their property destroyed during the violent rioting. He didn't meet with Jacob Blake's family because they set numerous conditions for that to occur. State and local leaders didn't appear as they were Democrats and didn't want to be seen with Trump. The whole time you didn't see Trump wearing a mask. Trump talked and responded to reporters.

Biden went there got no massive greeting. Biden met with Jacob Blake, the criminal shot by police, and his family at length. He peripherally met with a few business owners at his speech location. State and local leaders being Democrats mostly, applauded his visit. Biden wore a mask for nearly all of his visit. He didn't talk to or take questions from reporters.

Both gave a speech stumping for their campaign.

There are also, strangely, very few photos readily available of Biden's visit there. Most that I've found are long shots of him getting on or off the plane, coming out of or going into a building from his motorcade, that sort of thing. Nothing of telling note though. Odd.
