The Run-Down

LOL. I'm sorry, let me put it up again, especially since I know that Spurt is very curious. Why he has PM'd me asking me for any other pictures I might have. Here is a new one for you Spurt:

dworkin128.jpg

hmmmm... that doesn't quite match the one from last night.... though I can understand why you would want to upgrade.

That's actually an old picture anyway, I think a year maybe? Seriously, my hair is way better now. :p I'll get new pics soon. I am pathetic at transferring them from my camera onto the computer, but my niece knows how to do it. Of course!

Are you sure you are not 27 darla? ;)

I know this is going to sound totally conceded, but, whenever I tell anyone my age, they always think I'm like 30 or 32 or something. I don't know how long this can last. I used to be a big smoker. I quit quite a few years ago now, but still. I know smokers my age, who look 50. I'm really lucky. But I know eventually I am going to start looking old. I turned 40 in November. I can't believe it.

yeah, that damn cable is hard to connect between the camera and the computer.

Good genetics!!

YOu know, you make it sound so easy. Just like when I buy a printer in circuit city and they tell me, oh you just hook up the cable. And then three hours later I have less hair and I'm back at circuit city looking to kill.

with most digital cameras it IS that easy. Ya plug one end into the port on your computer, the other into the camera. Then an automated program kicks up asking what you want to do... one of the options is download photos. Quite simple. Even George Bush could do it. So you only need to be as smart as Bush to be able to get it done on your own.

Now that I think about it... I guess I should check.... you ARE trying to download from digital camera aren't you?

Cause if you are using film, it just isn't going to work.

Well my ten year old niece is going to be spending next weekend with me, and she is going to show me how to do that, and I'm going to help her with reading comprehension, so all will be solved without your sarcasm.

Just open explorer (windows button +E) find the Camera connection in the tree on the left and then copy the pics to your Picture folder. Fuck all those software programs.
