By installed I take it to mean, "after the oath has been taken and the deal is done and the commission of office has officially been concluded, and the powers transmitted from Trump to Biden."

You need to show me some evidence that she actually said it before you can try to tell me what it means, Mcslobber.

"Somebody said so" isn't evidence.

As I have stated, there is no evidence she said it. No idea why she would say it. It could be for political move. Or someone told her to say it.
