He's got none. Neither does Coleman. At the trial Coleman's witnesses are a parade of hand-picked idiots that had their ballots legitimately rejected. It's a side show.

The Minnesota race was so close that any margin of victory to be had wouldn't be above the margin of error. Essentially, the senator who will win will have been picked at random, whether it be Franken or Coleman. The only logical option would have been a runoff between the two. As it is, it may as well have been a coin toss. For partisan reason, I would hope that Franken will be seated. But let's not get on a high horse. Neither side has legitimacy in this race.

while i prefer frank to cole, i am not really behind either of them
only, so far frank has out maneuvered cole - so coleslaw and frankfurter can continue to duke it out or one of can be seated
since the mich sec st has given frank the nod, let it go
or, let them take turns (on a daily basis) who occupies the seat, but that is illegal too

If the precincts used different standards for counting the votes, then Coleman should indeed pursue this. The Minnesota (not Mich) sec State certification of the vote is meaningless if the count violated the US Constitution.
While I agree Franken outmanuevered Cole in this farce, that doesn't entitle him to the seat. If there are indeed more ballots/votes than voters in some of these precincts that is a huge problem.

He doesn't know what he is talking about (note as an initial matter the grouping of ballots and votes as if they are the same thing). He's heard it so many times that he repeats it as a truth when, like almost all of the misinformation being spread about the recount, it first bubbled up in a Wall Street Journal op-ed and has become one of those zombie lies that never die.

Obviously if there are more ballots than voters, then you need to ensure that the extra ballots (presumably from people who screwed up their first effort) were not counted thus producing more votes than voters.
I note, you continue to proclaim this issue false, yet have not provided any links to back up your assertation. Hack.
I've read your posts on this, and I get that. But I still find it funny that if this had happened, all of a sudden, it would be a problem.
Look at the original post. You keep repeating the same shit over and over and over again. And why is the burden on me? You are the guy that keeps repeating it. Shouldn't you make sure it is true?
Here's a hint: start with the lawsuit that the Coleman campaign filed. Surely if there are 25 precincts in MN with more votes than voters this would be featured prominently in their complaint along with evidence supporting the claim. Start with Exhibit E. And keep in mind that his is the best that Coleman' got, not that it is true.
