Don't forget that a lot of the tests are testing false-positive. Even the tests they are giving Trump!

That would not surprise me a single bit. Including Melania is really suspicious to me. She almost always wears a mask in public, which shows that she is cognizant of the dangers. Plus they seldom do anything together; she is seldom even in the WH.
