Trump will sell whatever he can sell; it's one of the few constants about him since he flip-flops on so many other things.
Trump will receive the best medical care this nation can offer. Whether he gets sick or not, dies or not, remains to be seen, but due to his age and obesity, he is in a high risk group for both getting sick and dying. Melania's chances are much better.
