(1) It is a part of the Constitution. It requires amending the Constitution. The process for that requires 2/3rds of the States to approve it.

(2) Any effort to amend the Constitution would have to go through the senate. The senate is controlled by Republicans. Therefore, Nancy's lame loony effort is DOA.

(3) The 25th amendment also requires the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive departments or of such other body as Congress may by law provide, transmit to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office. The notion that this is going to happen are ZERO.

So what this is, is a theatrical stunt by the loony tune running the House that only diminishes further what little credibility she has left and makes her look like a dumb cunt.

She isn’t introducing anything “giving the House the right to declare a President incompetent,” rather a bill to create a “Commission on Presidential Capacity, which would be involved in presidential transfer of power procedures under the 25th Amendment. The legislation would create the commission to help ensure effective and uninterrupted leadership in the highest office in the Executive Branch of government”
