Mississippi Running Out Of ICU Capacity

There's a lot of poor black people in Mississippi.

And guno gets so giddy when bad things hit the South

Jackson, Mississippi is one of the least-safe cities in America ..it has been run by Dims for over 50 years! With a black population of 79%

Compare that to the city of Madison

Madison has once again been ranked as the safest city in Mississippi. The city had the lowest combined rates of violent and property crime in the state, according to a recent report. Madison also had the lowest number of violent crimes reported of all cities in the ranking

Run by Republicans with a white population of 93%

All the safe cities in Miss are mostly white and run by R

All the dangerous cities in Miss are mostly or a high % of blacks and run by Dims

That is what its like.... mostly all across America

"DESOTO COUNTY, Miss. — Mississippi’s state health officer says more mask mandates could be on the horizon as COVID-19 cases continue to climb.

The warning comes after numbers released Monday showed six major hospitals — including Baptist DeSoto — had no available ICU capacity.

“I do think we’re on the front end of something that could be bad,” state health officer Dr. Thomas Dobbs said."

No problem it's all a hoax. One day it will just miraculously go away. 15 cases going to zero.

Odd. You respond to Grajonca yet at the same time claim to ignore him. :tardthoughts:

He knows he's on my ignore list. He had another of his little hissy fits and responded to a bunch of my posts this morning. It never hurts to remind him that I live rent-free in his tiny, dust-filled cranium, now and then.

(Is that what he looks like? Remarkably like I picture him.)

So? They still don’t have ICU beds for anyone. It’s not a position any hospital wants to be in.

Our local TV station posted an update on hospital capacity in the U.P. this morning. Our ICU beds are reaching critical mass as well. Patients are being flown down to other hospitals, including Green Bay which is opening up hospital tents again due to the surge in hospitalizations in Wisconsin. One viewer commented that her step-daughter was life-flighted to GB because our hospital didn't have room for her. She was put on a vent in the ICU, and then she died. She had had a negative COVID test just two weeks before falling ill.

There are so many sad stories, it’s overwhelming.

I swear this cunt gets some kind of orgasmic pleasure reporting this bullshit!

Face it tom you have nothing to do with anywhere or anything in America , nor will you. So live your pitiful life in a shit hole with a king while fantasizing of living in America :)

strange how you never post about where you claim you live, Thailand. Are you scared of the king

From your own link. It is said repeatedly: "It’s important for people to understand that these numbers are just a snapshot of bed availability in our hospital at a particular time on a particular day. They change constantly as patients are admitted, moved to other units, and discharged. We submit these numbers between 10 and 11 every morning, but we’re discharging patients throughout the day."

Why do you lie so much Poli? And worse yet why do Democrats on this board not bother to read links?

:palm:
The full statement from Baptist DeSoto is below.

It’s important for people to understand that these numbers are just a snapshot of bed availability in our hospital at a particular time on a particular day. They change constantly as patients are admitted, moved to other units, and discharged. We submit these numbers between 10 and 11 every morning, but we’re discharging patients throughout the day.

We also want to make sure everyone knows we can still admit new patients and care for the patients in our hospital. If you or a loved one needs emergency care, you can come here; our physicians and health care team are prepared to care for you.

We constantly monitor our bed availability, particularly now as we begin to see an increase in the number of COVID patients we’re treating. We’re following numerous safety protocols to keep our patients and health care team safe, including separating COVID and non-COVID patients and wearing proper PPE at all times. Although the pandemic has been a new challenge, we are well equipped to care for a large number of patients in our hospital at any time. We provide expert care in any situation, no matter how many patients are in our hospital.

ICU beds can be expanded rapidly and traveling staff can be found to run them so long as the country as a whole is not swamped, and we are not.

I am not concerned.

How many poor black people with covid have been turned away because there are no available ICU beds in mississippi?

They conveniently forgot all the information about how darker skinned people have more trouble processing D which is
is needed to help maintain a healthy immune system.

How many ICU beds are filled with covid? How many people needing ICU due to covid were turned away?

It’s like watching a movie when you know how it’s going to end lol.

How many spikes have we watched since Spring? I’ve lost count. The numbers pick up; there are isolated bed shortages but it never seems to get over the proverbial hump before it quietly starts to wind down—then the media moves on to the next spike then rinse, and repeat.
