The problem you have is that Rudy says he has the service agreement signed by Hunter Biden.

Also, the tale you cited does not say the FBI is investigating. It says, "a person familiar with the matter who spoke on condition of anonymity".

It also says "An FBI spokeswoman declined to comment Friday, citing the bureau’s practice of neither confirming nor denying investigations".

Which boils down to: either someone is violating FBI regulations by speaking about an investigation; or the ‘person familiar with the matter’ is a fabrication and a fiction.

And it’s gotten to the point where you could flip a coin on it.
