Biden to eliminate oil and gas by 2035

The so called "experts" have been predicting that we were going to run out of oil and gas since the day the first well was drilled.

To believe that is to believe that no more is being produced. You don't even understand how it is produced. You probably believe that it is from dead dinosaurs and since there are no more dead dinosaurs we are going to run out.

If you live in Pennsylvania, look out, because you are going to be treated to many ads of Harris/Biden saying they are going to ban fracking. It isn't good or Harris/Biden

So, is it the "Law of Thermodynamics" that will prevent the oil from running out, or is it the issue of the creation of more oil as time goes on? Recognizing that oil is created from all organic matter, not just dinosaurs, why is it that the pools of oil (such as in Saudi Arabia, Canada, etc.) are running dry (and being filled with salt water, etc.) and we are now required to squeeze oil out from the cracks in rocks (it is called 'fracking')? And the lie that Biden says he will ban fracking is just that, another lie by the right wing among many.

Trump thinks global warming is a Chinese hoax.

LIE and STUPID. I don't think you can post without lying and looking like a moron. [/size] :palm:

We cannot have a president as delusional, as uniformed, as scientifically illiterate as that.

Exactly; that is why we and a majority of voters this November will NOT be voting for Biden. The guy is a pathological lying dumbfuck.

Biden does not believe that.

Stop the lying you willful moron. We have him on video saying just that.

do you think renewables can power NYCity.

It would take a wind farm the size of Long Island.. how about manufacturing ( energy dependent industries)
Do you know how badly solar farms wreck the enviornment
Laughing my fucking ass off.
What an idiotic statement.
Shut the fuck up you ignorant moron.

As Biden has made clear, and you have to lie about it, is that oil, coal, and natural gas, are not going away, and trumps lies will make no difference. T

Stop the stupid lying Old Flapper. We have him on video saying it. You're such a boorish dumbass. I don't think you can post without lying and looking like a boorish dumbass.

Biden Says He'll Ban Fracking, Ban Coal Plants, And Ban Offshore Drilling & Drilling On Federal Land

Interesting, considering Putin's dancing bear bullshitter blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah

if you neither use petroleum products or make your living supplying them.......you saw what they did to the coal industry......

You saw what they did to the buggy whip industry.

Coal is dying because it is too expensive compared to other technologies. It isn't coming back. The same thing will happen to petroleum products over time. It's the way the world works. New technologies come along with better advantages and are eventually cheaper than the old ones.

You saw what they did to the whale oil industry. .... Electric lights were so much more expensive than whale oil for lighting streets.

clearly you have the same reading comprehension skills as every other stupid fucking marxist on this board. The laws of thermodynamics is why wind and solar will never be able to provide the same cost effective energy as fossil fuels. It is impossible. Physics tells us it is so.

If oil were truly "running out", it would be reflected in prices. It is not. Prices are high becuase artificial barriers put in place by gobblements and your gasoline prices are high thanks to taxation

PS

Kindly go fuck yourself. Thank you

the Green New Deal is insane.
Trump correctly pointed out our Nat Gas has made the USA the largest reduction of carbon.

Biden wants us back in the Paris Accord -and can do it by XO

Biden was basically talking about phasing out our dependence on Crude oil, and was talking about his plans for the reduction of gasoline dependent automobiles, but at some point even natural gas will be phased out as well, as more renewable energies will replace it.

And I agree, that Biden didn't explain that very well giving all the commotion Donald Trump was causing during the debate.

Dealing with Donald Trump during a debate is like trying to put a leash on Godzilla as he is knocking over skyscrapers and ravaging through a city. It is pretty distracting.

Oil and gas are finite resources.

That is indisputable fact.

If we wait until shortages to start transitioning, it will likely end civilization.

You are dead flat wrong. Oil and gas are continually being produced new on this planet. Yes, the process is slow, but it is happening. The primary mechanism is diatoms in the ocean. When these die, they sink to the bottom where they decompose into mostly methane. The methane at the temperature and pressure at the bottom of oceans is such that it is a solid not a gas (methane ice). That is then covered with sediment over time. The methane then slowly bonds into longer chains of molecules and we end up with "oil."

Oil and gas can also be manufactured from organic materials like algae.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bioga...anol, as these are alcohols, not hydrocarbons.

Aside from that, where do you think that ethanol added to gasoline comes from?

So, you're knowledge here is zero and your statement is wrong. Dead, flat, wrong.

Biden's "plan" is a disaster on two fronts.

First and foremost, he wants to do it on a very short timetable and force the outcome. That will be utterly disastrous. Huge segments of the economy would be totally upended. Unemployment and poverty would shoot through the rafters.

The second problem is what he wants in its place won't work. We know that. We know it for an absolute fact. Only the studiously stupid and myopic believe otherwise. These are the sort that want what they want and don't care for a second whether it will work or not.

Doesn't even come close to the new production that will be needed based on increased consumption w/ population increases. You're talking in geological timeframes; I'm talking decades.

Next.
