Nothing in Article III gives the president power to issue executive orders, order troops into combat, fire employees he appointed.

The states have no more power to interpret or change the Constitution than the federal government has--both must act to make changes.

The Supreme Court did not "change" the Constitution. It overruled a president who was trying to exercise unconstitutional powers.

Nothing in the Constitution gives the president power to limit or ban travel unless you believe in a president with powers to act without constitutional authority.

Nope. The federal government need not act at all. See Article V and VII. The States own the Constitution. They created it. They can change it. They interpret it. They can even destroy it if they want to (and thus disband the federal government completely).

Trump was acting within his authority at President. The court exceeded it's authority and effectively changed the Constitution.. It does not have authority to change the Constitution.
