If anyone has any relevant and reputable polling data, voting information, or anything else, I can edit it in this OP

I would like to get some prediction contests going:

1) What time will the race by called by the associated press? (If election not called the night of, contest is a push)

2) Predict the total number of electoral votes for each candidate

Well, first off, I would like to Thank JPP Blue Team for crushing the Forces of Evil with their brilliant arguments and superior debating skills.

Now:
#1. Midnight. The Blue Wave will be OVERWHELMING.
#2. 300 Biden.

More IMPORTANTLY ... the Senate. Moscow Mitch can't be allowed to jam Biden like he did Obama.

Colorado goes Blue with Hickenlooper.
Arizona goes Blue with Kelly.
Maine goes Blue with Gideon.
N. Carolina goes Blue with Cunningham.

Iowa ... this is a nail-biter. I'm calling it for Greenfield. :dunno:

"Online gaming sites saw record betting on the 2016 U.S. presidential election. It fact, it was the most-wagered upon political event ever, with the odds on the presidential election 2020 due to break that record."

Joe Biden -182 -182 -182
Donald Trump +150 +150 +150

"A female client lost more than $650,000 on a single bet on Democrat nominee Hillary Clinton to win the election, a U.K. bookmaker said. Another venue reported of a London bettor wagering $265,000 on Republican hopeful Donald Trump. The winning ticket returned almost $1 million after the surprising result of Trump’s victory."

Additionally, something for people to chew on. Do these look like the poll numbers of someone who is going to lose in a landslide?

Senate Predictions

Cory Garner loses in Colorado - Colorado may be lost forever
McSally beats Kelly - Kelly's gun stance will doom him
Tillis beats Cunningham - This should have been an easy pickup for D's, but Cunningham's affairs and how he handled it torpedoed his campaign
James wins Michigan in an upset
Lewis wins Minnesota in an upset
Collins loses her seat
Graham in a nail biter but probably squeaks it out

GOP keeps the Senate

And in my biggest prediction which nobody is really talking about, the GOP takes back the House of Representatives

Trump 295, Biden 243.....

changes from 2016
blue picks up PA, red picks up MN...

note, in this scenario Trump could lose one of Michigan, Wisconsin or Ohio and still win.....

1) What time will the race by called by the associated press? (If election not called the night of, contest is a push)

they won't......ever......Biden will have to concede first.........it will be like Abrams in Georgia........if Biden doesn't concede they will pretend he won for the next four years.......

Will not be called until the 5th or so.

Trump 312+

it seems very odd that so many JPP marxists aren't regaling us with their predictions given their level of certainty

1) It'll be obvious by late Tuesday night who won the election, but the media will hold off on calling it for as long as they possibly can... So idk what the answer is... It SHOULD be called (for Trump) by late Tues night or early Wed morning...

2) Trump 326, Biden 212.

This whole post (outside of Colorado for Hickenlooper) won't age well...

Why make a prediction that will need to be walked back later on?

The only prediction I have confidence in is that Biden will win the popular vote.

Another prediction I have somewhat confidence in: Trump won't get more than the 62 million votes he got last time.

Similar to my predictions...

For the Presidential map, mine is identical except I also gave NH to Trump... NH and NV are the two that I am the most unsure about...

For the Senate, I agree except I think that Collins manages to hold onto her seat...

For the House, I don't have much to say since House races are very hard to predict. I do think that the GOP will, at the very least, gain a bunch of seats. I remain reserved about them actually taking it back, but I wouldn't be all that surprised if they did... After all, Trump is on the ballot... ;)

(1) Race will be called by 10:00 p.m. for Biden. Race will be determined to have been won by Trump on Friday. ;)

(2) Trump 308; Biden 230.

Trump’s numbers have been up and down throughout, seen him at +185 to even, suppose +150 isn’t a bad wager if you are a Trumpkin, Biden has been pretty consistent I think -150 was his lowest I aaa him, and anything at -182 is definitely a bad bet

I have bet on Presidential races, I’ll admit I took Carter at +165, I thought it looked pretty good at the time
