No it is not indeterminate, all states have certified their results and the election is over, Biden has won. Biden is not yet president but that is a formality. The electoral college can only vote one way when all results are certified and it really doesn't matter, even if every states electoral college decided to cast their votes for trump, the 2020 election will go down in history as being won by Joe Biden.
