Well it wasn’t 95%, a large majority, but not 95%, and the reason for that is the same reason Trump received a large majority of the walk up vote, Republicans voted on Election Day, Democrats via the mail, everyone, especially Trump, saw this coming, which is the reason he attempted to invalidate absentee voting going back to July

We just have to win those two senate seats in Georgia.
Then a thirteen or fifteen member Supreme Court will get everything right.
If we don't win both of those seats, we just do what we can by executive order and otherwise live with complete gridlock until 2022.
The Executive Branch is in charge of enforcing scotus decisions,
The scotus controls no enforcement agencies.
Biden may have swallowed Clarence once during the Bush I reign, but he knows enough not to do it again.
Otherwise he'll be impeached by his own party.
I totally trust Kamala.
In either case, the trumpanzees, without their diseased orangutan leader, won't get any of their stuff passed into law either.

Looks like the GOP will gain around 15 seats in the House. That's still a minority but just barely. A few dem defectors and the GOP will be able to pass some laws.
Democrats returned 1.1 million more mail in ballots than Republicans. Apparently TDAK can't do math. That's really the least of his worries though.
It was one state and the election gap was 355 votes. Can you understand the difference? It was really in dispute. The Supremes got away with it that time.

Go back and read the timeline. State Legislatures have to do their own job. What guvs and secretaries of state say mean nothing as this thing trudges along.
