So noted, but alleging something is unconstitutional doesn't make it so, Earl, if it is necessary to point out something that obvious. The Constitution leaves voting procedures in the sates up to those individual states. In other words, Texas has no standing to complain about Pennsylvania's voting procedures, doubly so after the election has happened. This suit hasn't a prayer and the lawyers behind it know that. The attorneys general backing the suit are Republicans trying to ingratiate themselves to Trump and bringing his followers like yourself who don't know any better along for the ride.
