SCOTUS GIVES GA, MI, WI, AND PA UNTIL THURSDAY DEC 10 AT 3PM TO RESPOND TO SUIT

and we've uncovered more shit than found in any random septic tank.......

No, you haven't. Not a thing that held up in court.

They had 4 recounts; 2 actually ended up w/ more votes from Biden.

When 150 million people vote, it's not going to be perfect. But our elections are secure - there was no coordinated fraud; there was no "massive fraud." This was a legit election.

why are illegal votes in a presidential election "technicalities"?.....

We're in a pandemic. The most you guys have been able to come up with is that they accepted some mail-in ballots a day or 2 late in PA.

That, to me, is absolutely a technicality given the circumstances. Those people still voted.

It's always a goal of Republicans to A) get as few people to vote as possible, and B) discard as many votes from people who actually did vote as possible.

:okjen:

I love how "rule of law," "states rights" and "don't legislate from the bench" Republicans are now all about exactly none of those things, all so Trump can be appointed instead of winning outright.

4 cheating states shall not disenfranchise the properly run Constitutionally correct elections of the other 46 (53 states in Bamaboy's case).

No one cheated (and there was no "midnight stoppage" of the vote count).

Most scrutinized election in history, and they have found nothing. Trump's own DHS called it the most secure election in history, and his AG said that they found no evidence of coordinated fraud.

Everything bouncing around the internet is just conspiracy stuff. Most Trump supporters here will post whatever it is immediately as soon as they come across it on one of those crazy sites, but don't stick w/ it too long, since basically everything put out there has been debunked at this point.

Normal election, and Biden won by a landslide.

The 4 states involved violated the Constitution. Votes in other states who played by the rules were disenfranchised by their cheating. There has to be a level playing field, all following the same rules.

you are an idiot. different states have different rules, moron. different rules about when to count absentee ballots, what kind of id voters have to present, how long you have to be a resident to vote. did you even finish grade school, pinhead? texas does not have any legal standing to bitch about their betters or about other red states...what part of that do you gullible, easily played, anti-american trump stooges not understand?

Hilly and her Perkins-Coie legal beagles really picked out the right 4 states to mess with the last 8 months!

There is no case. States do not have the standing to bring other states to court, especially when elections are run by the states according to rules that set up.The reds are pissing into the wind again, Just decide that any Biden vote is fraudulent and you are done.

Let's just say for a moment that the Supreme Court decides in favor of Texas and that MI, PA, et. al., held illegal elections that violated their state and the national constitution. That could open up one really giant shit storm of problems. It might not just be 'throw out ballots.' It could be it has to be done over or something.

Yea, Trump really opened up a huge can of worms, but it was a can filled and put on the shelf by Democrats...

Even if it is a can of worms, if it is found that what was done was illegal and that the election was compromised then we need to ensure it doesn't happen in the future and the constitution has steps that can be taken to choose the President. Though I seriously doubt that this will happen. Mostly because SCOTUS often just won't take cases like this.

When can we expect to hear from SCOTUS?

I'm kind of anxious to find out if this is the end of the republic as we know it, and if we've had our last democratic election.
