Don't think so, they would want to protect their number one source of $$$ tourism.
Just like Belize and Costa Rica protect their tourist industry.

1 million tourist visit Cuba each year, with a population of 11 million, pretty good.

Don't think they would want to ruin that, especially when Obama relaxed travel to Cuba.

Kayak.com opened bookings in Cuba.
Mastercard becomes the first U.S. credit card to unblock usage in Cuba.
Airbnb had 1000 listings in Cuba.
CheapAir.com opened bookings to Cuba.
All of that, in just one year.

Good friends of mine were there for a month & had an awesome time & brought back some great rum.......

That might turn out to be the biggest story....how cheaply Americans sold America out to the Chinese. The Chinese got one Hell of a good deal, which seems to keep happening.

The doctors do the best they can -and they do use preventive medicine -they get a lot done with a little
