Please allow me to argue the point.

Take the man behind the source of your OPed that your thread referred to- BLOOMBERG.

He was able to take the money he got as a result of the tax breaks, and use it for a great cause- to help elect Joe Biden.

Bloomfield pledged over 100 million dollars to the cause of defeating DOnald Trump in the campaign.

That is after he had already spent about that much on his own campaign.

It was money well spent. And it was money gifted him by TRUMPTY DUMPTY'S TAX BILL!

Every country on Earth should raise taxes on the rich at the same time to cover the expenses of the pandemic.

That would thwart any efforts by cheapskates to move to lower tax countries.
