You're not even on the same topic anymore. You're lost. This has nothing to do with the SC. It has nothing to do with state SC rulings on lawsuit case merits.
I'm speaking of the responsibility of a state having the legislatures...
ONLY the legislatures...being the ones who determine their state's electoral process. This is what is Constitutional.
In PA (for example) the guv and the state ag took it over. They took that power AWAY from the legislatures and were rewriting the rules day by day until they got the numbers they needed.
EVERYBODY saw this happening in real time because we saw how AFTER the close of voting, they extended the time, required no matching sigs, no poll watching, no validation of votes and envelopes, etc. This is unconstitutional. The state legislatures should have handled all this.
No matter what, the 6th is around the corner. The final answer could go either way. Dems have a long history of fraudulent behavior and getting away with it.
The swamp is filled with Dems and Rinos. They are joined at the hip seeking their one-world totalitarian government. And, it WILL happen one day. I've just been
hoping it wouldn't be in my lifetime, yet here we are. If Pence follows the procedure outlined in our Constitution then the states who present illegal election data
to him on the 6th will be Constitutionally disqualified. If Pence shocks the world and shows himself to be just another Rino, nothing will change. Like I keep saying,
It's a 50/50 chance of this going either way. So, sit back, make some coffee and watch it all go down on the 6th.
Do I unreservedly trust Pence? There's an old saying...I trust God.
All others pay cash.
