I'm sure you can muster up enough anecdotal evidence to fill a paragraph of "successes" but, bottom line, a starving asian could do it better, and without the exorbitant pay demands, which only carve off the profits, which rightfully belong to investors, not you.

I'm sure you have no clue what you are talking about. Ifyou think pamphlets and videos can provide the necessary training and oversight, you have no experience with field work in the real world.

Many of the people in the field know the safety rules. They still get hurt and killed because they ignore the rules.

I am quite certain that my bosses disagree. And they are some profit-minded folks.

If they could replace me with something cheaper, they would have done so.

And BTW, how is it that great "outsourcing is evil!" screaming asshat is now in favor of replacing an american with an asian?
