Flunk Cruz and his pompous grandstanding at waging war against Democracy who has also destroyed his oath with Congress and has become a criminal enemy combatant like the other clump of Russian republicans and Pence that joined in his effort of the gutter to wage war on Democracy. Cruz's effort in Texas for example among other Russian sold out republicans to go after other states at attempting to overturn their electors that was crushed in SCOTUS. Apparently Cruz and his clump of un American republicans and Pence are circling the toilet bowl to finally get crushed again who is in no position to certify anything but his own condemned fate with America in particular. The election has already been certified by all states and the event on January 6th is just a formality to count the electors based on all 50 state certifications:

“We wholeheartedly expect most, if not all, Democrats, and perhaps more than a few Republicans, to vote differently,” the Senators wrote.

Minnesota Senator Amy Klobuchar, the top Democrat on the regulatory committee responsible for federal elections, described the Republican effort as a “publicity stunt” that would ultimately fail, but said it was nonetheless dangerous, “an attempt to do the will of to undermine the voters. “In an interview, she stated that hundreds of millions of votes have already been“ counted, recounted, tried in court and certified by the state ”across the country."

So did Krebs who was in charge. It was a clean election. Trump was given more recounts and recounts if those recounts than any other loser in history. Then he got 60 court cases on the election. Who has ever had that?. Trump was given every opportunity to prove his demented charges and failed. This is over. Trump should turn to New York courts. That is his problem now. The first of many.

I think we are way beyond what Pence thinks.

The governed are now thinking about consent and that's not a good thing. Or maybe it is, we'll see how it works out.
