Limbaugh is relevent. He's the single biggest voice of the Republican party. He has more influence, at the present, at shaping Republican party platforms, policies and their political direction than any other single Republican. Wether you like it or not Limbaugh is the Republican parties leader even though he's an unelected propagandist.
