4,000 attend Orlando Tea Party

Join a tea party..it's the patriotic thing to do..

we need to drive out the enemies that are within..

Awesome. Backed by the Koch Foundation, FreedomWorks (a republican 501(c) outfit), a network of right-wing blogs, FOXNews promos and probably scads of right-wing talk radio personalities and all you can muster is 4,000 folks in a Republican leaning location.

That's sad.

there you go. when you can't beat the message, attempt to discredit the source of the message. Hey, if it's all you got left......

Still smaller than the protests against Iraq, even though this is much more important.

But they still both pale in comparison to the Vietnam and civil rights protests of the '60s. I guess protesting has been somewhat relegated to the "fringe" of each side. You don't see the sort of mass participation you once did.

and the anti-war protest are lead by the Communist code pink left wing nutjobs...

your point?

There is no message other than "we lost and have sour grapes."

oh yeah, that HAS to be it, right? because who else but a right wing nut would DARE be against Obamas bailout? WHO???? I'm sure that NOBODY in the 'moderate' group would be unhappy or against the bailouts, unless they made the switch to the extremist right wingnut group.

let me ask you, have you always been that partisan?

when protesting against a Republican President it's-Patriotic

when American citizens protest against a Democrat President- it's sour grapes

There are a lot of average, moderate people pissed off about the bailouts and the stimulus bill. I doubt they are the ones out there in the streets though.

Remember a 100 thousand protestors protesting the war before it started?

Remember 100s of thousands protesting during the war?

These things are akin to the Florida "protests" in the 2000 election. They're basically scripted events by GOP front groups.
