The reason for that is because no lawyer was willing to risk losing their law license by trying to introduce the nonsense you believe. Courts tend to sanction lawyers that don't bring facts into the courtroom. Even Rudy was willing to tell the court they weren't alleging fraud because he knew they had no evidence to support that.

No it won't. In fact, it'll expand choices for your health care. So if you experience a long wait time in a doctor's office under M4A, then that should tell you that it's worth the wait because that doctor's service is in high demand.
