She doesn't have to take care of the volcano, it isn't causing many problems, except for the airlines and they are doing what they can to make things run as smooth as possible for their weary travelers, except my son who is still in Seatlle! ARrgghhhhh

I tell you what, for someone who represents "certain suicide" for the party, you guys sure do spend an awful lot of time trying to trash and bash Palin. I mean, hours and hours, thread after thread, day after day, relentlessly going after Sarah Palin like she is on the verge of winning a presidential election! Seems to me, if she was so abhorrent, and the certain "kiss of death" you all claim she is for the GOP, you would just sit back and keep your mouths shut. Just nod in agreement with the righties, and let them hang themselves by nominating her in 2012. That would be MY strategy, if what you are claiming is true.

See.... the thing is, what you are trying to claim, is just NOT true. Sarah Palin represents a danger to this new liberal movement you've got going, and could be serious threat to an Obama re-election. Now... I know BAC... George Will... David Frum... etc... But here's the thing... We The People get to nominate who runs for the Republicans, not political journalists and pundits.

Most of us Conservatives, don't really give two shits what you think of Sarah Palin, and the more you unfairly attack her and criticize her, the more you are convincing us she is the right person to take your morally bankrupt asses on. The guy who posted this whole thread with a big thumbs-up icon is a conservative thrilled that she's being marginalized, not some liberal who's terrified of her. You'd be thrilled she's being marginalized by your party too if you had any sense.

Epi is pretty much NOT a Conservative. He's not a koolaid-drenched Liberal, so you easily categorize him as "conservative" but I've had debates with Epi, he is a moderate.

How is being invited to a GOP fundraiser, being 'marginalized'? That's what happened... they invited her to speak, and were elated at having her. Through some mis-communication, or maybe even some dick-head moderate GOP power play shenanigans, they booked Newt Gingrich instead. There is no "marginalization" of Sarah Palin there, by the GOP, or the GOP base.

I tell ya... I never expected to see a pinhead argue that Newt Gingrich was pulling the Republican party back to the "center!"

So, what I take your comment to mean is.... "I really want to marginalize Palin, so I will claim she has been marginalized by her own party..." It's pretty frickin' transparent to me, and I am sure others have noticed this as well. Why is so much energy, effort, and time, put in routinely by pinheads to disparage Sarah Palin? If she is insignificant, this will ultimately show in the polls if she runs. No? So, is this an 'early-bird' effort at shaping public perception before a potential future run? Again, I think it's transparently obvious what you seek to do here. I think others see it as well, I am not alone. The question is, why? If she is not a threat, the 'kiss of death' for the GOP, over her head, etc... why worry about her? Why spend a second of your time, posting a reply to spread your lies and propaganda, if she is not relevant?

Whether republicans are conseravtive or not, the conservative movement is rapidly dying. Doomed to extinction.

It's limp and powerless, and in fact, is a huge impediment to the Republican Party.

They need to treat it like a disease and get rid of it.
 
yeah yeah yeah yeah..they always say the Republican and conservative are dead when the Democrats win a election..the only reasons the Democrats won is people wanted to try this change thingy, but once they see what the Democrats have in store for them, less freedoms, more Government intruding into their lives, MORE TAXES...they always end up losing again...so all we have to do is sit back and wait..if we still have a country left by the time the Democrats sell us out..
