The policy to accept these ballots was made by Virginia election officials back in August, meaning it wasn’t a sudden or back room decision, totally transparent, and more importantly, Trump lost Virginia by close to 500,000 votes, do you actually think 500,001 ballots without postage were received within three days after Election Day?

Exactly. So how do you deal with this? You file a lawsuit IN AUGUST and ask for injunctive relief. State legislatures are the only ones who can set state election law. In multiple states THAT DIDNT HAPPEN in this election and it was illegal. A FRAUD.

He isn't smart enough to understand what setting state election law means. Which is why this mistake keeps getting made over and over. Let's follow what happened here. On August 4th, the state elections board proposed the change and sent guidance to election officials. Now, pay attention Putin Boy....... SOMEONE FILED A LAWSUIT SEEKING TO HAVE THE RULE DEEMED UNCONSTITUTIONAL. The Judge in the case provided injunctive relief prior to the election, and those votes were not counted. In other words, this worked exactly how it was supposed to work. The courts granted injunctive relief while waiting to decide the case. There is no there there.
