I am curious where you think I copied that from.
The first item of proof required for incitement is that the act that was incited had to have occurred. Trump followers invaded the Capitol during an insurrection on 1/6/2021 shortly after Trump spoke. No one invaded the USSC building after Schumer spoke. There is not the same proof at all. One clearly had the incited act happen and the other had no act so there could be no incitement. The only proof you are providing is that you are as ignorant as Rand Paul.
If you go back and read all of the incitement democrats said not just the quips, there is more than enough evidence to expel all of them. Once again their stupidity will come back to shoot themselves in the foot.
