Rand Paul floats impeaching Chuck Schumer

"So if people want to hold President Trump accountable for language, there has to be a consistent standard, and to my mind, it's a partisan farce because they’re not doing anything to Chuck Schumer, not doing anything to Rep. When did "a mob invade the Supreme Court?"

We know Trump got a mob to storm the Capitol and prevent the Congress from fulfilling it's Constitutional duties, but I don't recall anyone invading the Supreme Court and making the Justices run for cover

Rand Paul continues to prove he is a complete idiot. The US Constitution only allows for removal of the President, Vice President and all civil officers of the US upon conviction. Members of Congress are not civil officers so they can't be removed by impeachment.

Then the charge of incitement requires that the violence follow the statements. You can't incite if nothing happens. But thanks to Rand Paul for playing and winning, "who in Congress knows the least about the US government and law."
