Raskin is not brain dead. We had to explain to you that Trump was impeached while President. You're out of your league.
 
Dems had embarked on a bizarre, three-year litany of dreaming of impeachment, the emoluments clause, the Logan Act, the 25th Amendment, fake FISA abuse, "Russian collusion" the Mueller special-counsel investigation, Stormy Daniels and Michael Avenatti, Trump’s tax returns, White Supremacy!, Recession! Russian oligarchs! Whistle Blower! Impeachment & Aquittal! — and Lord knows what next -WAIT Impeachment again!

Yet it still impossible to remove a president who is no longer president.

Impeachment is supposed to be an instrument to remove a *sitting* president. Thanks to this bunch, they have opened the door to future *abuses* of the impeachment process.

If there’s such a thing as karma it will come back to bite them where the sun don’t shine.

Trump has already been impeached, but McConnell would not allow the articles of impeachment to be delivered to the senate before trump left office.
We cannot allow a future president to commit any crime they choose and not suffer punishment only because he is leaving office.

If there’s an actual crime why are democrats tying up congress with this show trial?

Charge him and take it to an actual courtroom.
