Does everyone believe Trump is guilty of insurrection?

I have another theory. Democrats caused the insurrection. They are directly guilty of it.

Or maybe AOC was indirectly guilty of it?

That may work with Republican Congresscritters, but I doubt a Georgia jury will see it that way. The Trials of the Trump Family will fill a few novels over the next few years.

Or at least temporarily that empty spot in leftist souls. Until it turns into nothing.

Yes there is. Show some evidence that Trump had some role in planning and stockpiling materials in advance of his speech to further the Capitol rioters.

The evidence will be forthcoming. Why would Trump have to stockpile supplies other than signs saying "This way to the Insurrection"?

Has the consensus been arrived yet? Direct? Indirect? None? Other?

Forum conservatives seem to realize Trump is guilty.

He is guilty of incitement of insurrection.

Based on his rhetoric going back as far as April, 2020 claiming a rigged and stolen election.

One could also add violation of his oath of office to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution. Also an impeachable offense. Too bad they didn’t.

No he's not guilty so fuck off Bukharin.

Agreed. OTOH, unless that is a mass walkout of Republicans allowing a 2/3's vote to carry, Trump won't be convicted. This isn't the end of the road for the Trumps. There are dozens of trials in the offing for the Trump staffers/Trumps who participated in planning the insurrection. That's jail time.

There's also all the pissed off militia groups angry that Trump buddy fucked them. Justice for the Trumps might not be done in court.

Trump is as guilty as OJ...but he may walk like OJ....for awhile. There are several trials to go including those for Trump staffers.

PS, just so you know, I'm using that gif. ;)

He clearly isn't and that's why the house didn't even bother opening an investigation into it since there was nothing to find.

This is just another stupid political stunt by the liberals.

Plenty of people busted for publically saying they were there but not a single one said it was because Trump told them to and he never did tell them to, in fact he told them to demonstrate peacefully which the media is trying to hide and apparently doing a good job of.

You're an idiot.

Yeah, this whole impeachment thing is the least of his worries.

Agreed. It's just the PreGame Show detailing all the important elements of Trump's treason, the planning for the insurrection, the various groups involved, the timeline and the crimes committed.

Should be a really fun year!
